Appointments can be made by telephone, in person at the surgery reception desk and online. The majority of our patients are able to see a doctor on the same day the appointment is requested. We have some appointments that can be booked in advance for patients that may need to arrange time off work or arrange for a carer, relative or neighbour to come with them or bring them.
If you have registered for our online service, you can book from a selection of appointments with a GP online. To login to this service, click on the link at the top of this page. You can log online at 8.00am to book an appointment on the same day.
Please arrive in good time for your appointment (preferably a few minutes early) and let the receptionist know you are here. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for any appointment then you may be asked to rearrange your appointment. If a surgery is running late, please be assured that you will be seen as soon as possible. Occasionally, the ‘on call’ doctor has to attend an emergency, either within or outside the surgery, and we ask that you bear with us in these circumstances. If you are unable to wait, please speak to a receptionist to explain and rearrange your appointment. We apologise for these instances, which are entirely beyond our control.
